The positioner is mainly used for welding. For tilting, turning the workpiece, so that the weld in the horizontal, ship-shape, such as the best position to apply welding. The device can be fixed on the working table or specific tooling for clamping workpiece with manual welding, can also be used with welding operation machine to achieve automatic welding.
- Working Capacity: 50KG/25KG: Horizontal/Vertical loading capacity:50kg/25kg; Working table diameter/heigh: 310mm/380mm.Made of stainless steel, features high quality and durability.
- 0-90° Tiltable Table: The turning structure of worm and gear has the function of self-lock, and the worktable can be turned sleeplessly between 0-90°. It also can be fixed at any angle you want.
- Three-jaw Welding Chuck: Three jaws are reinforced to avoid the weldment pieces from moving and falling. It is upgraded to be more accurate and more practical.
- Stepless Speed Control: Using foot switch to control table rotation, the speed is regulated by the knob on the machine(0.5-5r/min stepless speed regulation).
- Time-controller: Time-controller can be furnished to control the working condition and working time, which can achieve the linkage of the positioner and welder.
