Returns
Orders must be picked up within 13-days, or the item(s) will be forfeited on the 14th day and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Under certain conditions and on a case-by-case basis, we may be able to accommodate you via refund, store credit, or exchange in the event item is damaged or defective.
Damages / Issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on final sale items, pallet sales, auction sales, or gift cards. Please discuss any questions you may have with us about an item prior to ordering.

If your return is accepted, you must bring the item back along with a valid proof of purchase within 7-days. The item must be in the original packaging and same condition as you received it. Refunds and exchanges are determined on an individual basis. Items brought back without first requesting a return are ineligible.
